Use all methodologies of sourcing like Headhunting, Social Media, Networking, Referrals, Internet Sourcing (Job portals).
Managing client accounts independently
Developing and maintaining open communication among management, clients & candidates.
Managing virtual teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently
