Key Responsibilities:
Identify new opportunities for the sales team through targeted outbound cold calling and prospecting
Work in partnership with experienced Territory Account Executives to build and maintain a large pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to support revenue targets and quota
Communicate with prospects that show an interest in our products and services
Know, understand, and present value proposition clearly and succinctly
Educate prospects on how our products and services can fulfill their current and future needs
Identify and map new prospect business issues to our products and services
Report on the success of marketing campaigns and provide the "what worked and what did not work" feedback
Communicate new product and service opportunities gathered through prospect/field activity to appropriate company staff
Be a team player; share your knowledge and successes

Possess 1-5 years of proven success in the software industry using inbound and outbound prospecting as your primary success tools in an Enterprise B2B sales environment
History of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Your most important asset is your ability to be personable but persuasive and to communicate convincingly over the phone
Skilled at overcoming objections
Proven successful history of being able to "get" to the right people
Enjoy the challenge of developing new business
Solution and ROI selling experience; strength in using solutions selling tactics
Sales force.com experience is an asset
RESULTS ORIENTED! Self-motivated, self-driven, possess a desire to excel & a strong desire to win!
Open to work in North American shifts
