12+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 3+ years sales management experience
Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment
Experience selling into global markets (particularly North American markets), not just local to India
Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with a CRM solution, Webex Technology
Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skills
Timings: This role requires the candidate to work the North American shift.
