Support the KM team in setting new or evolving existing standards and guidelines
Provide support for auditing wiki structures to ensure adherence to published standards and best practices
Ensure use of proper technical terminology; ensure consistency, clarity, and quality in and across all types of documentation; Ensure that ITIL standards/guidelines are considered and followed as appropriate; Document and escalate noncompliance issues
Assist technical writers with batch job and process documentation as required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales enablement/Knowledge Management.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
Prior knowledge dealing with technical users, following up on deliverables, tracking large numbers of varied tasks and managing their progress toward completion
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint
Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work
Solid trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
